The Shaktiman story
Everything started in 1997, when late Shri Ladhubhai S. Gohil, a forward-thinking farmer, had a business idea and decided to establish a company in Rajkot, in the heart of the Gujarat region in Western India. He initially aimed to help his fellow farmers by producing and supplying spare parts for agricultural machinery. Yet, operations expanded greatly, and after a few years, Tirth Agro Technology Private Limited, added gradually a complete production line of agricultural implements under the brand name SHAKTIMAN. Based on the founder’s traditional values and extraordinary business development skills, Shaktiman has built a strong local dealership network, and expanded internationally.
After two and a half decades, Shaktiman is today renowned as a leading global rotary tiller manufacturer. The brand has gained a reputation as a trusted provider of best-in-class agricultural implements and services. The extensive product range covers the entire crop cycle from seed bed preparation to crop residue management.
